Silver Workshop is a custom jewelry brand based in Egypt, specializing in high-quality men’s silver rings and personalized accessories. Every item is carefully crafted based on your specifications.

2. Product Information and Custom Orders

All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Due to the nature of personalized items (engraved names, custom shapes, sizes, or designs), minor variations may occur in size or finish. We do our best to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee identical appearance due to screen differences and hand-finishing.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders go through a production period before delivery:

Production time: 2 to 7 working days depending on the complexity of the design.
Shipping time: 2 to 3 working days within Egypt.

You will receive updates as your order progresses through these stages.

4. Payment and Currency

All prices on our website are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
We do not charge any taxes, and the final amount at checkout reflects the total price you pay.

Accepted payment methods may include online payments, cash on delivery, or mobile wallets as available at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

We take great care in crafting your piece. However:

Customized items, including those engraved with names, made-to-order, or designed as a special commission, cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
If there's a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly repair or replace the item.
To qualify for a return due to defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and include clear photos of the issue.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available across Egypt. Delivery time is estimated as follows:

Production: 2–7 working days
Delivery: 2–3 working days via local courier

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product designs, photography, and text, are the intellectual property of Silver Workshop. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Silver Workshop is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from misuse, delays beyond our control (such as courier delays), or incorrect customer-provided specifications.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be settled in accordance with Egyptian law and jurisdiction.
